    AR Chapter 13 Trustee Seeking Bankruptcy Case Coordinator/Legal Administrator: Role is full-time in-office employment with excellent benefits. Bankruptcy experience is preferred. The case coordinator maintains court calendars and ensures that incoming pleadings documents are referred to the proper staff member; researches and confirms Chapter 13 plans, both original and modified; reviews all additional applications for compensation filed by the debtor attorneys and either files orders of compensation for approval of fees or files objections to the applications for additional compensation for fee denials; researches, drafts and files adversary proceedings, trustee objections to claim, objection to modifications, motions and any pleadings as directed by trustee or staff attorneys; assist attorneys in conducting all Zoom 341a meetings; dockets 341a results following 341a meetings; enters orders of dismissal as necessary when a debtor misses multiple 341a meetings; reviews delinquent cases and files appropriate pleadings; enters orders of dismissal, as per trustee approval, for delinquencies; reviews all court dockets after court hearings and completes all settlement orders per the court docket agreements. The case coordinator forwards all incoming order emails to the appropriate staff attorney and forwards approved orders to the Judge’s chambers or the appropriate debtor/creditor attorney as directed by staff attorneys. This position provides essential clerical and administrative support for the trustee and staff attorneys. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Zoom required. Must be highly organized and professional.

    Provide general administrative support

    Ensure that incoming pleading documents are referred to the proper staff member

    Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs

    Research, draft and file adversary proceedings, trustee objections to claim, objection to modifications, motions, and any pleadings as directed by trustee or staff attorneys

    Research and confirm Chapter 13 plans

    Assist attorneys in conducting all Zoom 341a meetings

    Dockets 341a results following 341a meetings

    Review delinquent cases and file appropriate pleadings; enter orders of dismissal, as per trustee approval, for delinquencies

    Review all court dockets after court hearings and complete all settlement orders per the court docket agreements

    Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review

    Maintain and update documentation

    Qualifications

    Previous experience as a Legal Administrator in bankruptcy or similar role is preferred

    Certification or diploma as a Paralegal is preferred

    Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Highly organized with document management experience

    Excellent research skills

    Comfortable with Microsoft Office and case management software

    Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
