**Position: Case Manager-Part-Time (24-28 hours per week)
**
The Family and Youth Success (FAYS) Program addresses family conflict and everyday struggles while promoting strong families and youth resilience. The program provides services to families with children 6-17 years of age along with their caregivers, who may be experiencing conflict at home school or in other areas affecting family well-being.
Work Schedule:
The schedule for this position will be Tuesday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide an assertive case-management to meet the identified needs of clients.
Responsabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments.
- Assisting participants in accessing community resources.
- Supporting clients and caregivers in achieving program goals.
- Maintaining accurate and timely client records.
- Performing data entry.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with families.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Resourceful problem solver who takes initiative.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and electronic record systems.
MInimum Qualifications:
- An associate degree in human services, social work, psychology or related field, bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least one year of experience working with families preferred.
- Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) is required.
- Reliable transportation, proof of insurance and a valid Texas Driver's License are required.
- Ability to work flexible evening hours as needed.
