Qualifications
** _ QUALIFICATIONS_**
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience:
At least one year’s experience providing services to highly vulnerable populations.
Experience with working with the TAY population is preferred.
** Experience and/or a strong interest in immigration issues and/or family systems.**
Delivered case management services to at-risk and gang-involved youth (ages 10–24), coordinating with schools, after-school programs, and camps to develop individualized support plans focused on education, behavioral goals, and community engagement.
