    NationMind is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to support our healthcare initiatives in Corona, California.

    Job Title: Case Manager

    Location: Corona, CA (SCAL address: CA-Corona-1840 California Ave.-Corona Member Service Call Centre (CA989-1)) first two weeks onsite

    Education: HS Diploma or GED required

    Preferred Level of Education: Bachelors is preferred

    How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate?: 6 years customer service. Heavy writing and speaking with customers over the phone. Microsoft excel, word, really help. Healthcare environment is a plus.

    BlueShield, Aetna, Healthcare providers (this is a huge plus)

    Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Extensive working knowledge of personal computers to include Windows based software applications, MS Word, etc.

    Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Extensive working knowledge of personal computers to include Windows based software applications, MS Word, etc.

    Top Three things Worker will be doing:

    Research and respond to member grievances and appeals that pos a risk to the organization in short timeframes 24 hours to 72 hours

    Top Three Skillsets needed: 1. Extensive organization skills, 2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills 3. Time Management Brittney Spears Assessment required
