    MINT Physical Therapy provides services throughout Northern Utah with clinic, mobile, workplace, and home-based care options from Ogden to Nephi. We specialize in workplace injury prevention, workers' compensation, and motor vehicle accident rehabilitation. Our model allows clinicians to provide individualized care while helping patients return to work, recreation, and daily life.

    Our work environment includes:

    Workplace injury prevention and onsite work assessments

    Clinic, mobile, and home-based patient visits

    Workers' compensation and motor vehicle accident rehabilitation

    Cash-pay specialty services including concussion management, headache treatment, sports rehabilitation, running assessments, fit-for-duty evaluations, and more

    Job Responsibilities

    Managing the patient cases from referral to discharge

    Coordinate care, schedule patients

    Communication with all referral sources and providers

    Interdisciplinary Collaboration

    Coordinate with the PT and case managers to support optimal patient outcomes.

    Qualifications

    Spanish speaking (preferred, not required)

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

    Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working across multiple care settings

    Commitment to providing ethical, patient-centered care

    Strong organizational skills and follow-through
