Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation handoff
• Serve as the main client contact, ensuring consistent and compassionate communication
• Gather, review, and organize medical records, bills, and treatment updates
• Schedule medical appointments and track client treatment progress
• Prepare demand packages for insurance carriers
• Communicate with providers, adjusters, and attorneys to ensure all case details are accurate and complete
• Maintain detailed notes and timelines in case management software
• Support attorneys with litigation transitions and case preparation

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing personal injury cases in a plaintiff-side law firm
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and PI case flow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable handling a high-volume caseload with professionalism and empathy
• Spanish fluency preferred (not required)
• Must be comfortable working 100% in-office in Bakersfield, CA, or another California office location
