The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in a personal injury law firm and a passion for helping clients through the claims process. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular updates and excellent customer service • Conduct file reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy • Summarize medical records and add key information into the case management system • Prepare and submit demand packages to insurance carriers • Communicate with medical providers and insurance adjusters regarding records, bills, and case status • Collaborate with attorneys and team members to move cases efficiently toward resolution Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of experience in a personal injury law firm (required) • Associate’s degree or higher in a related field (or equivalent work experience) • Familiarity with case management software (SmartAdvocate experience is a plus) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Professional, compassionate approach to client interactions Compensation: $42,000 - $47,000 yearly
