Megeredchian Law is a personal injury law firm based in Burbank, CA. We specialize in car accident cases and are currently seeking a qualified Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing Pre-Litigation team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gather relevant information and assess their needs.

Develop and implement individualized case management plans tailored for each client.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and records.

Monitor case progress and make adjustments to plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for clients.

Manage property damage claims from initiation to resolution.

Qualifications:

Experience working in a personal injury law firm as a case manager with like responsibilities.

Candidates with no prior experience will not be considered

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Familiarity with legal case management systems. CASEpeer is a plus.

Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues.

Strong knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology.
