    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team! As a Case Manager with us, you will be guiding clients through a variety of life struggles, both in their personal and professional lives. You will be responsible for offering advice and wisdom based on past experiences and education, helping them identify the root cause of their issues, and coaching them through developing coping strategies to ultimately achieve their goals and find a good balance in their lives. The ideal candidate is compassionate, has exceptional communication skills, and has a strong desire to help people from all walks of life.

    Responsibilities

    Manage an evolving caseload of clients with a variety of issues and concerns

    Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to help clients identify the cause of their struggles

    Coach clients on developing coping skills and strategies to reduce stress and build confidence

    Provide both accountability and motivation to clients, tailored to their specific struggles and needs

    Maintain records of client interactions and progress

    Maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality for all client-related issues

    Required Qualifications

    RADT Certification

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

    Excellent organizational skills

    Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite

    Schedule Swing Shift (11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
