A boutique firm with a positive working environment is looking for an experienced CASE MANAGER who has 5 years of PERSONAL INJURY case management experience. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and prefers to work with little supervision. You will work alongside a head attorney with 25 years of experience. Duties include:

Responsibilities:

Collect medical records, medical bills, and other documents

Calendar all deadlines, tasks, and events

Obtain and record client data using our case management software

Frequent contact with clients to ensure compliance with medical treatment

Frequent contact with health care providers to ensure completeness of medical records and bills

Stay on top of clients' medical treatment

Overall support to Attorney

Demand writing

Negotiation of liens

Thoroughness, follow-through, and extreme attention to detail!

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent "people" skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Able to successfully deal with a fast-paced environment
