We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating medical treatment, gathering essential documentation and support our attorneys in achieving optimal outcomes for our clients Personal Injury experience is required or relevant knowledge.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a background or relevant experience in medical bodily injury claims document management.
Personal Injury experience is required or relevant knowledge.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple cases simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
Responsibilities:
This role is essential in ensuring that cases are handled efficiently and effectively, providing support to both clients and legal teams.
Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of case files.
Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and correspondence as needed.
Provide clerical support by filing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars for attorneys.
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
Medical Management actively manages the client's medical treatment plan, including reviewing medical reports and recommendations, assisting with scheduling appointments, obtaining referrals, and tracking client recovery.
Insurance coordination communicates with insurance adjusters to open claims, verify coverage details (PIP, BI) and track claim statuses.
