GenerateHope is currently hiring a Case Manager with lived experience to serve as a Peer Support Navigator for women impacted by human trafficking and those at risk of commercial sexual exploitation and underground labor. This is more than a job — it's an opportunity to walk alongside survivors as they heal, rebuild, and reclaim their lives.

Position Summary:

In this role, you will provide trauma-informed, survivor-centered support and help clients connect to vital services including housing, healthcare, education, employment, and legal advocacy. You’ll collaborate with a team of Peer Support Navigators and community partners to promote long-term safety, stability, and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, culturally sensitive case management for trafficking survivors

Support clients in accessing emergency and long-term services such as:

Housing

Mental & physical healthcare

Substance use treatment

Employment & job training

Education & legal services

Transportation, documents, and more

Collaborate with GenerateHope staff and partners

Maintain accurate and confidential records

Foster a healing, safe, and empowering environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, advocacy, or social services

Lived experience of human trafficking or exploitation highly valued

Understanding of trauma-informed care and harm reduction

Strong communication and organizational skills

Bilingual/multilingual a plus

Reliable transportation and flexibility for countywide travel
