Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie, Niagara and the Southern Tier’s (BBBS) mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. We are currently looking to grow our team and have the following position available in our Program Department:
Case Manager- This position is responsible for providing support to children, parent/guardians and volunteers in our Community Based Mentoring program. Responsibilities include enrolling children, conducting training for families and volunteers, creating mentoring relationships and supporting them through personal interactions and home visits.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred; High School Diploma or Equivalent Required;
Experience working with children and families;
Commitment to advancing the lives of children and young adults;
Valid Driver’s License and Personal Transportation.

Position is full-time Monday through Friday, with both daytime and evening hours.

Our organization values work-life balance and offers a robust PTO policy; the opportunity to work remotely for a portion of your week; as well as the ability to create a work schedule that allows for a 2.5 day weekend. All positions include mileage reimbursement and a benefit package. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Hourly Pay Rate $19 - $20.50 per hour
