Case Supervisor Pay: $24.00 – $30.00/hour Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

We’re seeking a dedicated Case Supervisor to design, oversee, and monitor Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children and adults with Autism, ADHD, and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for those pursuing or completing their BCBA coursework and looking to grow in a supportive, hands-on clinical environment.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.

Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians.

Analyze client data and adjust interventions as needed.

Collaborate with families and caregivers to support client success.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred

3+ years of ABA experience

Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills

Reliable transportation for home and community visits
