    Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth

    Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch is seeking a compassionate and motivated Caseworker to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to help our residents thrive. You’ll support youth development through counseling, family engagement, life skills education, and crisis intervention, all while working closely with families, therapists, and external partners.

    What You’ll Do

    Resident Support & Case Management
    • Engage in daily life activities with assigned residents

    • Foster positive family relationships through regular contact and updates

    • Attend and participate in individual and group therapy sessions

    • Provide behavioral counseling, life skills training, and crisis support

    Planning & Documentation
    • Develop Initial Service Plans and 3-Month Reviews on time

    • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date case files

    • Conduct monthly audits and document resident progress

    Intervention & Collaboration
    • Transport residents to medical, counseling, or community appointments

    • Respond to behavioral and crisis situations with approved intervention techniques

    • Participate in admissions assessments and contribute to placement decisions

    • Mentor new Caseworkers and participate in supervisory internships as needed

    Compliance & Safety
    • Uphold Cal Farley’s Model of Care and Leadership standards

    • Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation regulations

    • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents

    What We’re Looking For

    Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree required (Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology preferred)

    • 2+ years of youth-focused case management preferred (Master’s degree may substitute)

    • Licensure a plus

    Skills & Abilities
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office equipment

    • Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills

    • Able to work independently and in team settings

    • Committed to confidentiality and ethical practice

    Requirements
    • Must be 21 years or older

    • Able to bend, lift, push/pull, and perform extended sitting/standing

    • Valid Texas driver’s license and willingness to travel
