    About the Role

    The Cash Analyst will support the Accounting department by reviewing, reconciling, and maintaining accurate sales, cash, and deposit data across multiple systems and third-party platforms. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity of financial information, resolving discrepancies, supporting period-end activities, and coordinating with internal teams and store locations.

    The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

    This is a full-time, in-office position requiring 5 days per week in the Eugene, Oregon office.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Reconcile sales and deposit data across accounting systems and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.

    • Record third-party delivery platform transactions and fees.

    • Prepare and reconcile paid-out, sales, and tax reports for accuracy.

    • Process invoices, donations, and payment approvals in a timely manner.

    • Onboard new store locations onto delivery platforms and coordinate system setup.

    • Upload and reconcile inventory and transfer reports.

    • Verify tip reports and reconcile with POS and payroll systems.

    • Complete period-end cash deposit reconciliations and monitor variances.

    • Support account cleanup, reconciliations, and ad hoc data reviews.

    • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by the Director of Accounting or department leadership.

    Experience Requirements and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business , or a related field (required).

    • 0–2 years of accounting or finance experience preferred.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , Intacct, and general accounting software systems.

    • Strong understanding of accounting and reconciliation processes.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong collaboration and communication skills across departments and with external partners.

    • High level of integrity, organization, and accountability.
