Job Description
Transferring money to and from Cash App is fundamental to our user experience and business. Tens of millions of customers transfer money every month, and Cash App financials are heavily influenced by transfers performance. We are looking for a product manager with an owner’s mindset to lead bank linking and money transfer for our entire app. In this role you will:
Drive the strategy, execution, and P&L for a massive part of Cash App’s business.
Develop new experiences for connecting bank accounts and transferring money.
Grow usage and profit for our existing experiences.
Lead the development of new infrastructure and payment rails for Cash App.
Quarterback work across Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Support.
Qualifications
5-10 years of product management or equivalent experience
Passionate about Fintech
Strong business sense and analytical skill
Strong customer empathy and design sense
Ability to earn trust from and lead a high performing cross-functional team
