    Job Description

    As the Program Manager, you'll be a member of the Inclusion & Diversity team responsible for designing programs intended to support the Cash Engineering organization's I&D efforts. You'll create and deploy global programming that improves diverse hiring practices, assist the professional growth of underrepresented employees, and serve as a strategic advisor in support of the growth of a diverse global Engineering workforce. You'll work with employees and teams across all parts of the global Cash organization, as well as key partners across Square.

    YOU WILL: 

    • Partner closely with I&D Lead and Engineering leadership (across the United States and Internationally) to execute on Cash's strategic I&D priorities including the recruitment of underrepresented Engineering talent
    • Identify and manage new and existing diversity initiatives (i.e. mentoring programs, etc.) that promote an inclusive culture across a growing globally distributed workforce
    • Serve as a cross functional thought partner ensuring alignment of all stakeholders with People and Talent to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies and host trainings in support of building diverse teams
    • Partner with Experience, Learning & Development (L&D), and other key stakeholders to develop and host trainings and/or workshops on relevant I&D topics such as Interrupting Bias
    • Partner with people analytics to use data to help drive decision making
    • Establish measurable goals and goals for your work to drive to completion and track success

    • Energized by the idea of working to increase Inclusion & Diversity within the technology industry

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 4+ years program management experience
    • A proven record of strong project management and organizational skills to execute on critical activities or deliverables
    • Experience driving accountability across cross-functional teams
    • Ability to work across teams and make recommendations and drive solutions based on data
    • A positive and team oriented approach to your work
