As the Program Manager, you'll be a member of the Inclusion & Diversity team responsible for designing programs intended to support the Cash Engineering organization's I&D efforts. You'll create and deploy global programming that improves diverse hiring practices, assist the professional growth of underrepresented employees, and serve as a strategic advisor in support of the growth of a diverse global Engineering workforce. You'll work with employees and teams across all parts of the global Cash organization, as well as key partners across Square.
