RESPONSIBILITIES

Process fax transmittals, return payments and recurring payments maintenance according to company guidelines

Sort, prepare, and post monthly installments to existing policies.

Enter monthly payments and reinstate policies where needed.

Scanning various documents

Preparing claims deposits

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent

Equivalent work experience

Strong alpha and numeric entry skills.

Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and ability to operate calculator, fax machine, copier and scanner.

Ability to deal with confidential information and meet strict deadlines.

Microsoft Word, Outlook and/or Lotus Notes, AS400.
