    PURPOSE OF POSITION

    The Vice President of Marketing will lead and coordinate all consumer marketing activities for a high-growth financial lending and technology company.   Expand the customer marketing channels for Company brands.   Lead ongoing customer management programs and activities.   Operate as a member of the senior team as a primary consumer advocate. 

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Direct the planning, strategic goals and objectives of the Marketing Department.
    • Participate in the development of Cash Factory's goals and objectives as a member of our senior team.
    • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and the
    • Develop departmental budget to be reviewed and revised with other Senior Executives in a collaborative environment.
    • Build and develop new marketing acquisition channels while managing and enhancing our current acquisition programs.  
    • Responsible for developing key performance indicators for each current marketing channel
    • Tests new channels and evaluating the channel's effectiveness against the corporate goals and insuring a proper mix of marketing channels in support of the Company's strategic plan. 
    • Own the online customer experience with the website and the mobile application and seek near- continuous optimizations and improvements. 
    • Responsible for all current customer management activities for the Company. 
    • Responsible for challenging and enhancing existing customer communication channels, messages and sequencing. 
    • With collaboratively with the analytics team to develop a set of performance measures that are specific to customer management and will be responsible for developing new marketing programs that meet hurdle rates.
    • Work with the leadership team to develop a long-term customer management strategy that builds real value through the offering of additional products and services to the customer over time.
    • Server as the primary customer advocate and will be an important contributor to the scripts and messaging used in the call center.
    • Other duties as assigned

    SKILLS REQUIRED

    • PC or MAC Office proficiency – including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 
    • Ability to work in an analytic and quantitative environment.  Comfortable in converting strategic business goals into measurable key performance indicators. 
    • Strong leadership skills.  Management experience required.
    • Ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization; from discussing strategic goals with other senior executives to reviewing customer scripts and emails with call center management and staff.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • 5 to 10 years of consumer marketing experience in a high-growth environment.
    • Demonstrated experience in testing and building new consumer marketing channels – both online and offline.
    • Demonstrated experience in building and managing ongoing customer management programs.
    • Hands-on experience in online consumer acquisition channels including website optimizations, SEO, email, social, and mobile apps.  Exposure to offline marketing channels including mail, direct response or other television advertising, and radio advertising.
    • Bachelor's degree required.  MBA would be preferred.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • Ability to sit for long periods of time in a typical office environment
    • Ability to read, write, use a computer and phone system
