We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Executive with a broad knowledge of marketing channels and maximizing customer value.  The right candidate has the ability to lay the foundation for the department and build a strong team of motivated individuals. 

WHAT YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Develop and lead all consumer marketing activities for a high-growth financial lending and technology company.    Including both new account acquisitions and customer management.
• Building out a highly-motivated and professional Marketing Team
• Expand the customer marketing channels for Company brands – including direct mail, digital, TV and Radio.   
• Lead ongoing customer management programs and activities.   
• Operate as a member of the senior team as a primary customer advocate.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5 to 10 years of consumer marketing experience in a high-growth environment.  
• Experience in consumer gaming, entertainment companies, or credit card / financial services – any industry where you acquired new customer relationships or drove the highest lifetime value from your portfolio of customers.
• Demonstrated experience in testing and building new consumer marketing channels – both digital and offline.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing ongoing customer management programs.
• Hands-on experience in online consumer acquisition channels including website optimizations, SEO, email, social, and mobile apps.  Exposure to offline marketing channels including mail, direct response or other television advertising, and radio advertising.
• You have effectively managed a team of professional marketers and know how to get the best out of people.
• Bachelor's degree required.  MBA would be preferred.
