    About the Role:

    This isn’t your typical cashier job. As a Cashier/Accounting Clerk at zTrip, you’ll be a key player in managing cash flow, supporting administrative duties, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll collaborate with drivers, office staff, and management, helping create an organized and customer-focused work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect, count, and reconcile daily driver payments and deposits
    • Maintain accurate records of transactions and receipts
    • Process cash and credit card payments securely
    • Prepare daily financial summaries and help balance cash drawers
    • Track inventory for tablets, fare cards, and other company assets
    • Assist with front desk operations: answering phones, welcoming walk-ins, and addressing customer inquiries
    • Manage driver account records and payment settlements
    • Provide general administrative support as needed

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience handling cash in a cashier, retail, or office setting
    • Comfortable with Excel and other computer-based systems
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
    • Trustworthy, reliable, and highly organized
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
