Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Cashier/Barista to join our team! As a Cashier/Barista, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Providing excellent customer service while handling payments and issuing receipts, and preparing quality coffee and maintaining a clean and organized work space.

Responsibilities

Greet and interact with customer in a friendly and positive manner

Take orders accurately and efficiently

Operate the register and collect payments by cash and credit card

Issue receipts to customers

Prepare and serve coffee drinks and other beverages

Maintain a solid knowledge of products to assist customers with their selections

Ensure excellent customer service and address any and all customer inquiries and concerns

Qualifications

Prior experience as Cashier, Barista and/ or customer service role

A Passion for sandwiches & coffee

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Team oriented

Positive attitude

Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system

Flexible availability
