Job Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service or retail, possess excellent customer service skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and transactions

• Upsell products and promotions to customers

• Handle food transactions accurately and efficiently, always following restaurant standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and perform opening/closing/mid-day duties efficiently

• Assist with food preparation

• Oversee the flow of the restaurant operations, take orders, and prepare to-go orders

• Understand and adhere to company’s policies and processes, cooking methods, customer service standards, operational rules, and quality standards

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant as a cashier

• Familiarity with operating POS systems

• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

• Sales experience is beneficial for promoting products

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
