Kung Fu Chicken is a quick service restaurant serving high-quality Fried Chicken, Wrap and Sandwich. Kung Fu Chicken FIU is seeking an Cashier & Drink Maker to become an integral part of our team! Our working environment is positive and productive, and our staff is easygoing and fun to work with.

Job Summary

The Cashier & Drink Maker serves as the face of the restaurant, delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service while handling customer transactions and preparing beverages. This role is essential in ensuring smooth front-of-house operations, excellent guest experiences, and consistent drink quality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and answer questions about the menu

• Operate the POS system efficiently

• Upsell combos, sides, or promotions

• Address customer concerns and escalate issues to supervisors if needed

• Assist in bagging orders and delivering them to dine-in or takeout customers

• Help clean dining areas, counters, and restroom

• Prepare and serve all drinks and specialty beverages

• Follow portioning and presentation standards for all drinks

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills in English

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting

• Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred
