About the Role:

Flava Wings in Houston, TX is looking for an energetic and friendly Cashier to join our team! You'll be the face of our brand, delivering fast, accurate, and welcoming service to every guest who walks through our doors. If you love good food and great people, this is the place for you!

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional front-of-house experience

Accurately process cash, card, and digital payments at the register

Take and relay food orders clearly and efficiently to kitchen staff

Maintain a clean and organized checkout and front counter area

Answer customer questions about the menu, specials, and promotions

Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude

Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining overall store cleanliness

Requirements:

Previous cashier, retail, or food service experience preferred.

Strong cash handling and basic math skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Must be available for flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Food handler certification is a plus for cross training opportunities
