Job Description: As a Cashier / Food Service Helper,. Seafood Boiler you will be the friendly face greeting our customers, handling orders and payments, and assisting in the preparation and serving of our signature seafood boils. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately

Handle cash, card, and mobile payments responsibly

Assist in prepping seafood and side dishes for boiling

Help with cooking and packaging seafood boils under supervision

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food trailer

Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Boil and prepare seafood orders quickly and accurately

Assist with food prep and packaging

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the cooking area

Work as part of a friendly, fast-paced team

Qualifications:

Prior experience in food service or cashier roles preferred but not required

Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Must be able to stand for extended periods
