We’re excited to bring Mia’s Table to Sugar Land and are currently building our opening team ahead of our anticipated late June 2026 opening!

As we prepare to open our newest location, we’re looking for energetic, friendly, and passionate team members who want to grow with us and help create an unforgettable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do:

As a Cashier at Mia’s Table, you’ll be one of the first faces our guests see. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring accurate and efficient service.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality

Taking guest orders accurately in person and over the phone

Operating the POS system and processing cash and electronic payments

Answering questions about menu items

Upselling food, beverages, desserts, and add-ons to enhance the guest experience

Maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked cashier station

Assisting guests with concerns and communicating with Managers or Leads when needed

Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations

Following all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures

Balancing and maintaining the cash drawer during each shift

What We’re Looking For:

Must be at least 18 years old

Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Basic math and cash handling skills

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Ability to stand for extended periods

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Food Handler and TABC Certifications required

Restaurant experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important
