About the Role:

Pareja's Ace Hardware in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our team! Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system

Greet customers warmly and provide a positive checkout experience

Handle cash, credit, and debit payments with accuracy

Assist customers with locating products and answering basic store inquiries

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

Support team members with stocking, returns, and store upkeep as needed

Requirements:

Previous cashier or retail customer service experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and basic math skills

Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude

Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
