    Position Summary

    At Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe, we serve fresh, scratch-made Mediterranean food with genuine hospitality. The Catering Driver / FOH Hospitality Cashier is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences both inside the restaurant and throughout the community during catering deliveries.

    This role combines safe, timely catering transportation with front-of-house hospitality responsibilities including cashiering, guest engagement, order accuracy, cleanliness, and supporting overall restaurant operations. Team members serve as ambassadors of the Taziki’s brand through professionalism, hospitality, and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    Catering Delivery Responsibilities

    Deliver catering orders accurately, professionally, and on time

    Load, transport, and unload fresh, scratch-made catering orders safely and efficiently

    Verify order accuracy before leaving the restaurant

    Set up catering orders when required

    Communicate professionally with clients and restaurant leadership regarding delivery timing or issues

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering supplies and delivery vehicles

    Follow all food safety and transportation standards

    Represent the Taziki’s brand with professionalism and hospitality in the community

    Support catering growth through excellent guest interactions and service execution

    Front of House / Hospitality Responsibilities

    Welcome guests with a positive, hospitable attitude

    Operate POS system accurately and efficiently

    Process cash, credit card, and digital transactions responsibly

    Assist guests with menu questions and recommendations

    Educate guests on fresh, scratch-made menu offerings and Mediterranean ingredients

    Ensure dining room, beverage stations, patio areas, and front counter remain clean and organized

    Maintain accuracy with dine-in, carryout, online, and catering orders

    Support speed of service while maintaining hospitality standards

    Assist with stocking, prep, and side work during shifts

    Work collaboratively with kitchen and leadership teams

    Qualifications

    Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

    Reliable transportation and proof of insurance

    Previous restaurant, hospitality, cashier, or delivery experience preferred

    Strong communication and guest service skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

    Basic math and cash handling skills

    Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

    Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

    Physical Requirements

    Standing and walking for extended periods

    Driving for extended periods during catering shifts
