    Job Description

    The Casino Host position carries the critical responsibility of managing and maintaining relationships with our high-value database customers through the implementation of exceptional service standards. The incumbent will be tasked with developing strategic client relationships, increasing visit frequency, and cultivating customer loyalty through methodical outreach, personalized engagement, and meticulously coordinated events both on and off premises.

    • Strategically develop and maintain an assigned player database while strictly adhering to established protocols and guidelines for player development
    • Implement and execute comprehensive initiatives to acquire and retain high-value players through systematic channels including direct mail campaigns and targeted events
    • Establish and cultivate professional relationships with distinguished guests, with particular emphasis on premium players
    • Systematically address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with utmost professionalism and efficiency
    • Administer complimentary services with strict adherence to established company policies and procedures
    • Execute player development activities and events, with dedicated focus on cultivating individual relationships to maximize customer retention
    • Function as an exemplary professional representative at both on-property and off-site events to facilitate strategic customer acquisition
    • Execute additional duties as directed by management to support departmental objectives and organizational goals
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field required
    • Minimum of three years of progressive customer service experience required; gaming industry experience preferred
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated leadership abilities and strong interpersonal relationship management capabilities
    • Must demonstrate flexibility and availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and player tracking systems required; Salesforce experience preferred
    • Must be eligible and able to obtain all necessary gaming certifications and licenses as required by state and local regulatory agencies
