Role: Casino Manager (with focus on shift & employee management)
Location: Multiple Location preferably Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain employee shift schedules for 24/7 operations.
• Strong experience with scheduling tools and workforce planning.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and coverage for all shifts.
• Handle employee grievances and resolve internal conflicts.
• Experience in casino or hospitality management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
