    Job Description

    CASIO AMERICA, INC. has an exciting newly-created CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) MANAGER position open in our DOVER, NJ HEADQUARTERS. Primary focus is on the day to day management of our Casio CPD CRM System and supporting of the new CPD-EDU Direct Sales Program via “Shop Casio” and “CasioEducation.com”, as well as related D2S Digital Marketing efforts.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include the following:

    • Grow our internal customer data base to cultivate follow up sales from current and drive new a new customer base to Casio scientific and graphing calculators.
    • Develop strong relationships with the CPD DM and Sales teams.
    • Help develop stronger relationships with the select Education Distributors that have agreed to participate in our D2C direct sales program by accepting PO’s and Checks. Create complete internal and external purchasing and collection path that can be executed and tracked in an easy and effective manner and ensure the distributors have the most updated pricing and promotions.
    • Provide customer support and follow up with direct sales customers; pass on any direct customer leads to the CPD EDU Business Development Team as needed.
    • Reporting: Supply EDU Business Development and DM Team with monthly CRM and Direct Sales progress reports vs. set progress measurement goals. Create and distribute CRM and direct sales reports through scheduled web conferences and monthly recaps for forecast meeting presentations.
    • Other duties as assigned by Management.

    MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and five or more years of direct sales related experience; or advanced degree and three or more years direct sales related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • MUST have experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
    • Direct sales planning experience in the Education industry STRONGLY PREFERRED.
