  • Responsibilities

    DUTIES:

    • Post and keep track of job postings for all open positions.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings of candidates when requested.
    • Work with hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews of candidates.
    • Keep active pipeline for high turnover positions.
    • Ensure managers have an active pipeline to recruit.
    • Maintains HR records for employees by recording hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and pay increase dates, etc.
    • Enter monthly commissions, ACM bonuses, and quarterly bonuses for payroll.
    • Organize and maintain personnel records.
    • Work with accounting to ensure proper financial recording of all things relating to payroll.
    • Handle the Termination process of employees.
      • Make sure all access is terminated and proper personnel is notified.
    • Assist and support the Human Resource Representative with duties as requested.

    REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BILINGUAL in Spanish & English.
    • High School Diploma required.
    • College degree preferred but not required.
    • Work experience as an HR Admin or Admin in any related jobs.
    • Experience working in a fast past environment with lots of deadlines
    • Must enjoy supporting a team
    • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS a plus.
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize certain tasks and projects appropriately.
    • Great communication skills, along with complete knowledge of how to communicate through phone, email, and more.
    • Knowledge of job boards, HR processes, and recordkeeping a plus.
    • Ability to work as a team member, assisting other HR personnel with their tasks.
    • Great problem-solving and analytical skills to manage daily administrative tasks.
    • Self-starter and self motivated.
    • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

    • Full-time, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday CST
    • Salary, Exempt
    • Can be remote for the right candidate
    • $32,000.00 - $36,000.00 DOE
