    Job Description

    We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage 10-15 enterprise customers. Our customers are marketing teams at F1000 companies and high-growth startups who look to Caspian to create world-class podcasts and content. Your customers will be leaders in technology, IT, cyber security, data, marketing, human resources, customer experience and more.

    Your job will be highly cross-functional. You will not only work with our customers to understand and address their business needs, but also interface with our sales, growth, and production teams very closely to make sure we place our customers’ concerns above everything else.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Be the voice of the customer

    • Meet with customers weekly to report and discuss campaign goals, progress, objectives, and results

    • Ensure content meets customer objectives

    • Create weekly marketing deliverables for customers to deliver insights

    • Work closely with Growth Marketing to set up audience targets, manage marketing campaigns, improve customer websites / SEO, and support email automation delivery and email newsletters

    • Support Production teams to facilitate on-time and error free production of content, including marketing and communications deliverables.

    • Develop processes that improve business operations

    • Work closely with producers, writers and hosts in content creation best practices

    • Manage technology stack to include tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Simplecast, Wordpress, ActiveCampaign, Descript, Zoom, Canva and more

    You love podcasts, marketing, business, technology and customer service! You love creating and managing B2B marketing campaigns. You always put the customer first and go the extra mile. You have extreme attention to detail and can operate with limited supervision. You look for ways to improve the customer experience 1% every day. You never let an email sit for more than 24 hours. You don’t have all the answers but can go find them.
