    Purpose: To help process & develop new business for Cassa Wealth Management, P.C. Become a valued member of the existing Financial Advisory Team in order to augment the existing growth rate of the Company while building and enhancing the Company’s brand in the local marketplace.

    Qualifications: Candidates must have the following qualifications in order to be considered for the position:

    • College degree
    • 2-3 Years Experience as a Financial Advisor
    • Series #7, #65 or #66, #63 Securities Licenses and Life & Health Insurance license
    • Background in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred
    • Strong relationship building skills
    • Expertise in & knowledge of how to utilize Social Media
    • Honesty, Integrity & Trustworthiness
    • Motivated Self-Starter
    • Ability to challenge themselves to work outside their comfort zone
    • Interest in obtaining CFP designation

    Job Requirements:

    • Work with a Team of Advisors (no requirement to prospect for new retail business)
    • Develop/Update Financial Plans for all Individual Prospects & Clients
    • Run & Analyze Portfolio Manager Reports for existing clients
    • Assist in the preparation of Year-End Client Review Packages
    • Produce Quarterly Reports & Analysis for Corporate 401k Plans
    • Manage Accounts given to you while trying to maximize Revenue Potential for these accounts
    • Manage the day-to-day Operational Issues with Sales Assistant’s help and support
    • Help coordinate Events & Presentations to CPA’s, Prospects & Clients
    • Assist in preparing and distributing Marketing materials such as Newsletters & Blogs posted on Social Media
    • Daily Calls to local CPA’s to coordinate meetings referral relationships

    ** Full Training & Mentoring Program offered.**

    Compensation:

    Targeted compensation of $70k - 85k/yr based upon the following components:

    • Base Salary
    • Discretionary Bonus
      • Meeting Performance Appraisal objectives
      • CWM Target Assets & Revenue
    • Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance)
    • 401(k)
