The Company:
Cassida Corporation, a leading Manufacturer and Distributor of Cash Handling machines, is looking for a well-qualified Technical Support Representative to support warranty processes for 30 plus products. We provide warranty coverage to our National, Regional, and Small retailers from our high-volume Rancho Bernardo distribution center.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· The Technical Support Representative will serve as a front-line agent responsible for several activities:
· Handle live customer support calls
· Respond to customer emails, utilizing TeamSupport and Outlook
· Maintain call time service levels
· Maintain ticket response service levels
· Follow company warranty and billable procedures
· Exercise sound judgment when faced with ambiguous customer situations
· Create invoices for parts and repairs, utilizing QuickBooks
· Process parts and repairs shipping, utilizing StarShip
· Able to wear lots of hats and help where needed, from time to time, you will need to:
· Pack and shipping products for various need
· Product testing
· Special projects
The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys problem solving, teamwork, providing input to improving our customer’s service experience.
Requirements:
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Have previous customer service experience, preferably in a call-center environment
· Able to quickly adapt in a fast-moving, high volume environment
· Be outgoing and enjoy working in an open, team-driven environment
· An understanding of how small electronic devices that contain motors, sensors, and electronic boards, work.
example: copiers, printers, and scanners etc.
· Able to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs.
· Able to sit or stand for long periods of time
Preferred Skills:
· Spanish-speaking, a plus
Education:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
