    General Summary

    Generating, revising, distributing, and updating all operation work instructions and other operation documents throughout the plant.

    • Generate Work Instructions for equipment and processes for the Casting, Secondary Operations, Tool Room, and Maintenance departments by following a risk-based thinking as required by ISO. Work with the department managers and supervisors to obtain necessary support and material to complete such items

    • Generate and update PWIBS for Techmire and Frech. Work with Engineering and Setup department by following a risk-based thinking as required by ISO

    • Work with various personnel to obtain material required to generate Work Instructions (photos, verbiage etc.)

    • Generate part specific WI on the Job Router

    • Create Table of Contents, for all books and update when changes are made

    • Obtain document control number and revision date from Management Representative for new/revised documents

    • Obsolete irrelevant documents, remove hard copies and move files to the obsolete files on the server

    • Train employees when feasible, on basic non-equipment work Instructions and provide support when translation is required

    • Store and organize generated documents on the server and create folders by project

    • Schedule and organize necessary meetings and trainings that support document implementation

    • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with Outside Suppliers (Backup)

    • Generate & revise signs, templates, and other forms

    • Maintain and manage projects trackers and update as necessary

    • Work with departments supervisors and managers on keeping track of training and maintain the training matrix

    You should be proficient in:

    • Blueprint Reading
    • CAD Software
    • ISO 9001 Certification Experience
    • Quality Control Data Analysis
    • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
    • Basic Computer Skills
    • Microsoft Excel

    Salary info:

    $20 - $22 / hr
