- Thoroughly inspect molds before installing them into the machine
- Establish connections for water and/or oil lines and ensure proper water flow and temperature
- Execute setup procedures with assistance
- Upload program into the machine based on specified settings
- Handle dies with utmost care to prevent any damage
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and maintain accurate PM log sheets
- Collaborate closely with machine operators and the Quality Department to resolve process and machine-related issues
- Verify correct nozzle and pot temperature
- Ensure part quality aligns with Tool Set-up Verification Sheet standards
- Adhere to the complete operational procedures of the assigned machine
- Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures for both manual and automatic operations

Salary info:
$20 - $26 / hr
