    • Thoroughly inspect molds before installing them into the machine
    • Establish connections for water and/or oil lines and ensure proper water flow and temperature
    • Execute setup procedures with assistance
    • Upload program into the machine based on specified settings
    • Handle dies with utmost care to prevent any damage
    • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and maintain accurate PM log sheets
    • Collaborate closely with machine operators and the Quality Department to resolve process and machine-related issues
    • Verify correct nozzle and pot temperature
    • Ensure part quality aligns with Tool Set-up Verification Sheet standards
    • Adhere to the complete operational procedures of the assigned machine
    • Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures for both manual and automatic operations

    Salary info:

    $20 - $26 / hr
