    Job Description

    Job Description:

    The Casting Coordinator will provide administrative support to the EVP of Casting within the Universal Television Studio organization, and serve as office liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions as well as the external business and creative community.

    Responsibilities:

    • General administrative support including but not limited to: answering a high-volume phone, heavy calendar scheduling, arranging drive-ons, planning all travel arrangements
    • Coordinate meetings, maintain database of all casting and production related materials
    • Interface with all levels of NBCU as well assist in communication with talent agencies, management companies, casting directors and the creative community at large on a daily basis
    • Conduct research on request and maintain general awareness of industry players, trends, casting notices and as well as the competitive landscape
    • Maintain positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience that includes handling heavy phones, computer skills and managing the daily needs of the department
    • Minimum 1 year experience in the entertainment industry, preferably in casting with a talent/management agency
    • Highly skilled with MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and knowledge of databases

    • Hybrid : This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

    Salary range: $60,000-$65,000
