    Castlery is looking for a 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) Manager to join our US Operations Team in North Carolina.

    This brand new role will perform a blend of both operational and project management functions to help drive our growing network.

    The 3PL Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing our rapidly expanding network of 3PL warehouses, carrier, and employee relationships. Collaborating across logistics networks and other business units creating value and improving processes to advance the business forward.

    What you’ll be doing

    · You must reside in North Carolina to be considered

    · Manage a global teams responsible for 3PL Warehouse oversight, inbound coordination, carrier management, and operations.

    · Manage and control performance, improve quality, services, capacity, and cost of 3PL warehouses globally to optimize our fulfilment & logistics operations.

    · Conduct periodic performance reviews with our 3PLs and carriers and continually search for opportunities to further improve our customer experience, reduce lead times, and improve operational effectiveness.

    · Develop and maintain KPIs and SLAs. Analyze performance data and work with our 3PLs and carriers on the root cause and execute corrective action plans.

    · Maintain collaborative relationships with 3PL providers and third-party vendors to assure the complete scope of logistics activities remain connected with operations and compliant with quality requirements.

    · Support all routing, billing, and claims processes

    · Ability to travel up to 25% some months

    What you'll need

    · Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field

    · 5+ years of experience shipping large freight/ bulky goods

    · 5+ years of managing third-party logistics relationships.

    · Strong ability to operate and manage projects efficiently and effectively across functions

    · Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

    · Strong analytical, interpersonal, and proven decision-making skills

    · ERP, WMS, and TMS Experience

    · Last Mile / Final Mile Experience

    · Experience with RFP process

    · Experience working with remote teams across different geographic regions

    · Lean Six Sigma Experience

    · BI, SQL, Tableau experience

    · Experience working in ecommerce

    · Experience with inbound logistics
