As a Facilities Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for addressing all day to day maintenance issues within a Manufacturing facility (i.e., electrical, painting, repair, etc.).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain buildings including masonry, tile, carpet, and walls according to needs
- Respond to daily work and special projects as needed
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on restrooms, conference rooms, break rooms and general office areas
- Repair interior walls, carpets, and coverings of various materials
- Install hardware, including door closures, mortis, and cylindrical locks
- Maintain lighting fixtures by installing light bulbs and/or ballasts
- Completes preventive maintenance tasks as required
- Maintain general landscaping duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have knowledge in general lighting, painting, drywall, electrical, and plumbing
- Industrial maintenance experience is preferred
- Candidates must be flexible to work any shift and overtime as needed
