We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team!

This position will be responsible for coordinating major warehouse racking, conveyor system, and LED lighting projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist project managers and sales team organizing and executing projects
• Write customer proposals
• Create purchase orders and review invoices
• Communicate with the customers and vendors throughout the delivery, installation, and permitting process
• Answering phones and greeting customers
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Ordering and managing office supplies
• Ability to grow into a project manager

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong project coordination skills
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Experienced with Salesforce, Excel and Word
• IT knowledge desired
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
• Effective multitasking and prioritizing system
• Ability to work under pressure
• BA / BS preferred
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Strong leadership qualities
• Team player
