THIS JOB WILL BE LOCATED IN GARDEN GROVE, CA

We are seeking an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT WITH ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE who can coordinate projects to join our team! You will perform administrative functions and assist the Controller with various (accounting) tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Proposal writing and creating Excel spreadsheets
• Track bookings
• Handling freight
• Assist Coordinator with QuickBooks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields (ACCOUNTING A HUGE PLUS)
• QuickBooks knowledge
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
