WHAT DOES A DATA ANALYST DO? You will work with data we have on our customers and refine key metrics to track their experience. You will also create dashboards and reports that allow company leadership and project teams to track customer impact and operational progress. Additionally, you will conduct segmentation analysis based on customer data and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR The ideal candidate is a strong analytical and critical thinker with a background in statistics, mathematics, and/or computer science. They also have 1-2 years of project experience in data science or analytics. The candidate has demonstrated experience with data programming, querying, and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau; Splunk and/or Neo4J experience is preferred, but not required. They also have strong data visualization skills to help advance the usefulness of our reports, along with strong communication skills.
