JOB SUMMARY: Provide direct IT Support to BBS Faculty and Staff at both the Callier Center Dallas and Callier Center Richardson. Assist with conference room and Callier Center lecture hall technology equipment as needed/requested. Position will work primarily at the Callier Center Dallas and the Callier Center Richardson, but will be expected to assist in supporting the BBS technology needs on the UT Dallas main campus as time allows.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Maintain IT inventory
• Configure and deploy IT equipment for faculty and staff according to UTD and Callier Center policies
• Diagnose and remediate software /hardware issues in a thorough and timely manner
• Maintain detailed records of task progress/completion and communications with customers
• Effectively communicate IT policies and procedures with non-technical customers

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Associate degree or equivalent (computer related certifications) and 2 – 3 years experience. Hands-on experience installing and supporting hardware, software and networked systems in a multi-protocol environment. Proven ability to interact with all levels of computer users.
