EXECUTIVE PROTECTION AGENT/PERSONAL DRIVER
Are you an ex Law enforcement officer or military agent bored with your current day job and are looking to get back in action? Have you worked as a close protection agent and been tasked with safeguarding a client and his/her assets? Can you work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and be able to at times work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities. Are you know to competently respond to any situation that may arise while supporting the client, and actively supporting their organization? Have you taken a defensive driving course and been told you are so good you should be the instructor? Are you a passionate driver that knows how to get anywhere in the Philadelphia region better than the GPS, with an ability to find the quickest route and to keep moving even when the traffic is heavy? Are you bored by downtime, and when not actively protecting or driving would be adept at handling logistics matters, answering email, and solving problems? If so, Catalyst Experiential is looking for a dynamic Executive Protection Agent/Personal driver to provide executive protection and transportation.
This is a full-time position requiring some work on the weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Safeguards and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information
· Conducts ongoing threat, risk and vulnerability assessments
· Conducts protective advance operations
· Follow company and client directed SOP’s
· Operates motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner
· Maintain all company vehicles, keeping them in pristine condition
· Will maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance
· Driving the executives to meetings and events, while maintaining a tight schedule
· Answering calls, screening and liaising with clients competently as needed.
· Performing special projects as required and handles additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the CEO
· Assisting the CEO with both professional and personal tasks
-Willingness to run Errands perform light office duties during slow periods of Security and Transportation tasks
REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:
· 5+ years corporate and high net worth executive protection experience on a global level
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Preferred
· Willing to work beyond the 50-hour work week and respond to off-hours requests for assistance as needed Ability to work nights and weekends as required
· A graduate of a reputable executive protection training school
· Experience working with families and children in a high net worth environment
· Ability to work autonomous, domestic and international
· Accustomed to operating in a high tempo environment with the ability to interact with staff and clients and vendors in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining calm, flexible and productive
· Have an operational understanding of today’s technology across all platforms
· Strong writing and interpersonal skills
· Candidates must be able to thrive in a very diverse environment.
· Advanced medical and evasive driving experience and has completed a professional driver training or defensive driving course
· Proficient in Protective Intelligence
· Fluently read, speak and write the English language
· Previous Military, Law Enforcement, Government Agency experience a plus but not required
· A minimum of CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required
· Have a current understanding of all local and state use of force laws
· Possess a valid and current driver license
· Meticulously punctual
· Ability to stay calm under pressure
· Exudes high level of confidentiality
· Positive upbeat personality, focusing on opportunities rather than obstacles
· First-hand knowledge of the Philadelphia region, with ability to get around quickly and find shortcuts without a GPS
· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
· Intelligent and quick learner
· A problem solver
· Must have your own reliable transportation to get to work. There are multiple vehicles that company owns that you will be using during the work day.
· Must be able to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
