    Willingness to learn and adhere to proper Catalyst Fitness Sales Techniques.

    Move between all parts of the gym to speak with employees and members, as well as assess the appearance of the club.

    Be proactive and take initiative.

    Organizational skills.

    Basic Math skills.

    Contract Production experience.

    Motivated and Goal-Oriented.

    Must be willing to work as part of a team.

    Strong public relations and communication skills.

    Must be willing to work flexible hours.

    Safety Knowledge & Training (American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, AED (PREFERRED)

    Expectations:

    Works when scheduled and adheres to our attendance policies.

    Maintains neat appearance and wears proper uniform with nametag while on duty. It is employee’s responsibility to maintain his/her uniform.

    Generate membership sales through: walk-in traffic, telephone inquiries, email leads, personal and referral leads, corporate outreach, wellness fairs.

    Retain members through: 30, 60, 90 day follow-up calls; daily birthday calls, in house visibility and assistance, postcards.

    Knowledge of all club equipment for: instructing patrons on effective workout methods; explaining proper technique, general maintenance of machines and knowledge and experience of all group exercise classes.

    Assist and manage cleaning staff by: helping with facility cleanliness including locker rooms and workout floor, offices and front desk cleaning.

    Assist General Manager with membership concerns: late and service fee questions, contract issues, general club issues, keeping positive energy within member base.

    Help generate non-dues revenue through: scheduling PT appointments for new and current members, offering our shake bar amenities to reward current members, introducing members to group exercise classes.

    Oversee everyday operations of the club and acts as manager when GM and Front Desk Managers are not present in the club.

    Attends all staff meetings as directed.

    Logs all maintenance concerns that are reported.

    Perform other duties as directed by management.
