MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNT MANAGER:
- Service and sell within your accounts.
- Retention and Revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Encourages open communication by listening attentively and actively.
- Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns and consistently moving the customers towards commitment.
- Consistently identifies new sources of business within existing accounts.
- Attend trade shows/conferences/associations to network, develop new customer leads and meet with existing customers.
- Effectively identify and resolve problems efficiently while working independently displaying a disciplined work style and strong work ethic.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
- Over 2 to 3 years of experience required
- Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical sales experience preferred
- Inside sales experience preferred.
- You’re a self-starter who wants to generate revenue, identify market potential, initiate sales process, closes sales and expand sales in existing accounts.
- The ability to multitask and remain organized is essential to being successful in this position.
- Has a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
