POSITION: PART-TIME TELEMARKETER

At Catapult Fundraising, we take pride in providing top of the line tele-fundraising services. Our agents are located across the US and assist Non-Profit companies connect with their respective donors. There is NO COLD CALLING, NO LEADS, and NO COMMISSION.

EXPERIENCE IN PHONE SALES, TELEMARKETING, OR FUNDRAISING IS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED, WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

This position includes paid training (up to two weeks), financial incentives, and room for career growth.

STARTING PAY IS $13.00 PER HOUR.

We are offering pay increases after 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year. After one year of employment with Catapult you will be paid $15.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn PTO.

FLEXIBLE SHIFT HOURS ARE MONDAY- THURSDAY FROM 3:00PM-8:00PM AND SUNDAY FROM 9:00AM-2:00PM. YOU MUST WORK A MINIMUM OF THREE AFTERNOON SHIFTS PER WEEK, AND TWO SUNDAY SHIFTS PER MONTH.

OR YOU CAN WORK MONDAY-THURSDAY FROM 3:00 PM-8:00 PM AND SUNDAY FROM 9:00 AM-2:00 PM. 25 HOURS PER WEEK WITH SHIFT AVAILABLE TO PICKUP UPON REQUEST.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Follow a scripted message each call. Scripting and training will be provided.
• Uses responsive listening to provide appropriate situational responses as required.
• Meet and maintain project goals for each campaign/ project.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and a positive attitude.
• Continually demonstrates interest and motivation for programs that are active on the call center floor.
• Participate actively in performance reviews.

POSITION: Entry Level Office Assistant

PAY: $14-15 per hour

PART TIME: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-2:00PM

DESCRIPTION:

CATAPULT FUNDRAISING, INC., headquartered in Henderson, NV with offices in New York, New Jersey, and Texas is a fast-growing, national fundraising consulting firm. Key markets include higher education, arts, social services, and healthcare non-profit clients. We consult to our clients on strategizing and implementing major fundraising campaigns for capital projects (such as new buildings), key program initiatives, and endowment.

We are seeking a dependable part-time office assistant. This position will entail providing support with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, data entry, reporting, filing, printing, letter production, phone work and various other office duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performing a variety of clerical duties such as data entry, printing, filing, making copies, scanning, assembling reports
• Compiling data from various software applications
• Entering new data into Access and Excel
• Updating data in Access and Excel
• Providing update data to supervisors
• Preparing outgoing mail - folding and stuffing letters/sealing and stamping envelopes
• Performing other miscellaneous duties and errands as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous office experience is required
• High school diploma
• Excellent computer skills are a must
• Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Access / Outlook / PowerPoint)
• Experience with office equipment (copier, printer, office phones)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Outgoing pleasant personality
• Business-like appearance and demeanor
